Ingredient for my salmon quiche today
Preparing an oven dish with fish (pangasius) and rosemary. This is just before wrapping it with serrano ham. After that, 20 minutes in the oven.

Fresh herbs
Peach jelly with panna cotta on top.
Made a nice dessert again. Panna cotta with chocolate (inside) and ginger (on top).

Cloves on (very pale) dried laurel. Making “hachee” today. This is just a small ingredient.
