Just picked it from my garden. Looks like I have to clean it thoroughly before consuming.
A nice herb for tea.
Not sure why this nice smelling herb always looks so sad. Perhaps it’s just the quality.
The appetizer that I’ve made today.
I made some great scallops in nut butter today. Prelude to a nice lasagne 🙂
A little pot with laurel.
Closeup of the parsley in my herb pot. It still needs some time before I can use it.
An update on my herb pot. Chives and chervil aren’t coming (yet), but the others seems to do rather well.
Current state of my herbs pot. Now I have to find out which seeds are growing in the middle.
A very close up, but some seeds are starting to grow.
The pot is filled with soil and seeds (and some water). Guess it now needs some time to grow.
Impulsive purchase today. A pot with herb seeds and soil. Hopefully I will have some fresh herbs this winter. I’ll give some updates when the herbs starts to grow, perhaps this will become a series 🙂
Ham mousse with port jelly. Some liked it, some didn’t.
Needed some today
Pea mousse with mackerel and mint
Found an easy to make recipe for lunch, so I gave it a try today.
Scrambled eggs with dill and cheese, officially for breakfast, but also nice as lunch.
A combination of the sweets and the herbs.
Delicious snack with dutch shrimps (crangon crangon), cheese (old amsterdam) and coriander
Closeup of a nice ingredient.
Had to use a flash for this one. (In the shadow and windy). Didn’t noticed the (out of focus) bug on the left when I made this photo.
Some leftovers from my chicken.
Trying to do something with dill. (tasted good in today’s dinner!)
