Preparing an oven dish with fish (pangasius) and rosemary. This is just before wrapping it with serrano ham. After that, 20 minutes in the oven.

Peach jelly with panna cotta on top.
Made a nice dessert again. Panna cotta with chocolate (inside) and ginger (on top).
