Appetizer for today (made it yesterday). Smoked salmon stuffed with shrimps in a lemon mayonnaise sauce.
Traditional King’s Day pastry (from the bakery). Delicious, but difficult to eat (in a decent way)

Pears, stewed for 3 hours in port and wine, star anise, sugar and cinnamon

Flammkuchen with onions and bacon
Salt flakes on puff pastry (with salmon and cheddar inside)
Omelet with pointed cabbage, carrot, shrimps, avocado and some other stuff

I had some sole left, so just another sole meal. Steamed sole with harissa and baked spinach
