Busy in the kitchen
Making a quiche with (baked) spinach, ham, onions, eggs and cheese.
Busy with food again today. Spinach and red onion.
No broadcast of the news (for a short time) this evening due to a man with a gun, it’s snowing outside, but the temperature is still above zero and I have some spinach leaves left.
Busy making a salad. Spinach, carrots and chickpeas. Added a nice dressing and nuts afterwards.
Cucumber/spinach salad. My son did the cooking tonight.
Found an interesting recipe for spinach pie. The result was very tasteful.
Cooked tagliatelle, spinach and salmon pieces. 5 minutes in the oven with a raw egg. A little longer if you don’t like liquid eggs (like me). Bon appetit.
