May 21 – Preparing Busy with a dessert. Nectarines, sugar and amaretto. In the oven and (after that) delicious with a panna cotta.
May 07 – Ingredients It does not happen often that I use chocolate and cognac for my main course. (chicken with shrimps!)
May 06 – Branch in B&W Dead branch of my laurel (still having the lovely smell!) Have been without laurel for a few years, but now new laurel is growing. I didn’t do anything π
