Aug 11 – Preparation

Leek and shrimps to cover pangasius filet. Added hollandaise sauce and put it in the oven for a delicious meal.

Jul 12 – Scallops

Making dinner today. Scallops with shrimps on a bed of snap peas, parsley, dill and garden cress. Added the salted parsley lemon butter after the photo.
