Avocado with sour cream, lime juice, dill and chives. And shrimps of course!
The appetizer that I’ve made today.
Made a simple, but nice entree this afternoon. A shrimp cocktail with apple, parsley and roasted pine nuts.
Just needed something nice today with all the cold here π
Another entree. The cucumber was mixed with a mix of cooked vinegar and sugar. Very sweet!
I made some great scallops in nut butter today. Prelude to a nice lasagne π
