Orange juice and rum. Ingredients for a grog. Perhaps it will help me to get rid of a light flu. Needs some honey and hot water.

Roulade from the grill. Served with a cranberry sauce.

Bratwurst (baked), mustard and baked sweet onions, packed in puff pastry and decorated with sea salt flakes. Ready for the oven and served with a nice salad afterwards.

Frozen spinach. Heated before the eating ;) — Frozen spinach. Heated before the eating 😉

Jan 17 – Nuts

“Engadiner nusstorte”. Baked by my wife. So sweet, literally 😉

Jan 16 – Smelly

Bread with garlic butter (and herbs) on top of vegetables and tuna after a time in the oven. Tasty!
