My creation of today. Pistolet with rocket, bratwurst and homemade tomato relish
Chicken (with cinnamon), potatoes, onions and courgette, straight from the oven. Rocket added afterwards
Rocket, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and beef. Added roasted pine nuts and grated parmesan cheese after the photo. Served with a ciabatta.

With homemade mackerel mousse, rocket and red onions. Family lunch today.

First time I made a pizza from scratch. Mozzarella, prosciutto and rocket. Tasted well, but I do need some more practice.
