Experimental recipe today. Luckily the puff pastry was strong enough to hold all the cream, so no dam breakthrough.

My creation of today
Bratwurst (baked), mustard and baked sweet onions, packed in puff pastry and decorated with sea salt flakes. Ready for the oven and served with a nice salad afterwards.

Ground meat in puff pastry.
Busy in the kitchen. Added goat cheese and garlic to this. Packed it into puff pastry and after 30 minutes in the oven it tasted wonderful.
