My (self made) dessert of today. Pannacotta with pears, boiled in sherry.

Ingredients of the panna cotta I made today.
But I saved one for today 🙂 Panna cotta with figs boiled in port and sugar. Not the family favorite, but still tasting very nice.
I made another nice dessert tonight. Panna cotta with water melon, mint and a sweet water melon syrup.
Busy with a dessert. Nectarines, sugar and amaretto. In the oven and (after that) delicious with a panna cotta.
Today’s dessert. Buttermilk panna cotta with “kletskoppen”.
A nice home made panna cotta with fresh strawberry sauce.
First one I ever made. Very tasteful with a home made vanilla sauce. Cookies in the background were made and decorated by my wife.
Needed more vitamins today. Pineapple with chocolate and grated coconut.

One of those days that you need a good dessert. Homemade strawberry ice and sauce.
Colors are fitting well for today. Home made panna cotta.
Made some nice dessert today. Red grapes boiled in cognac and cinnamon. Cookies as bottom and whipped cream on top.
With a delicious home made caramel sauce 🙂

Still warm 🙂 Tastes very well with ice cream.
Recipe: Mix 3 eggs with 75 gr sugar. Add 75 gr flour and 150 ml milk. Mix it. Put it in a
round cake pan together with 250 gr grapes. Bake it for 45 minutes at 175C.
Waffles with strawberries and a mix of cream cheese and yogurt (and a nice amount of sugar).
Time for a refreshing dessert on this hot day today. Home made panna cotta with watermelon and watermelon sirup.

Busy in the kitchen. Nice and easy dessert with mango, lime juice/rasp and whipped cream.
Bananas, ice cream, whipped cream and sirup.
..with mint. Running behind with my weekly desserts 🙁
