Results at the hospital for my wife were not good (as expected), but not as bad as it could have been.

Sep 18 – Salad

Rocket, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and beef. Added roasted pine nuts and grated parmesan cheese after the photo. Served with a ciabatta.
