The end of my Photo-a-Day 2009 and my Food-a-Week 2009. Thanks for looking and commenting.
One of the rockets that’s going into the air here tomorrow evening.
A very beautiful present we’ve got for the Christmas tree.
Christmas time is almost over, so they’re going soon in a box for next Christmas.
Didn’t liked the bright light of my flash, so I tried some editing.
My first candle photo this month.
A quick edit of a ball in my Christmas tree
Some nice Christmas chocolate.
The Christmas bread my wife baked today.
Near my work. Nice to see some color in the grey world of today. A few minutes later it started to rain π
For large and small feet. Some presents to be send away.
Today I had the very nice opportunity to photograph this wonderful building inside. Had to go there in a snow storm, but it was worth the effort.

We had some problems today. As soon as I left my chair she was on it. But at the end she was sitting on a good place for a portrait.
The sun was coming up on my way to work. The seagull was so nice to fly into the photo.
We had the first snow of this winter today. It was cold, snowy and windy on the ferry tonight (8:20 PM).
It’s a good time for some extra vitamins.
Same flower as a week ago. An endless play with levels and saturation, since the flower was so red that I seems to lose all details.
Not much time today, so a quick photo of a frozen mussel while making dinner (pasta with mussels and crab, quick and easy)
Detail of a bouquet I bought today
Center of Zaandam this afternoon. They’re still very busy with building
Not much time today, so just an action shot while making dinner.
Some wooden figures.
A kind of Parmezan cheese I used today (and I do need a better looking plate)
My guess is that you’re going to see this flower later this month again.
Made a few photos in the city during lunchtime. Couldn’t resist playing with my lens again.
Still in St. Nicolas mood. There’s a famous song “Zie de maan schijnt door de bomen…” (See the moon shines through the trees) and in combination with a night without rain, (first time this week, I think) I couldn’t resist making this.
St. Nicolas eve tonight. Time for sweets and presents, traditionally delivered in a bag.
The name of the ship (perhaps not so readable, but it is “high glow”) fitted well with the sky.
Some sweets after a long day.
Smoked mackerel. Needed one for my Food-a-Week photo.
