No broadcast of the news (for a short time) this evening due to a man with a gun, it’s snowing outside, but the temperature is still above zero and I have some spinach leaves left.

We had some left and it would be a waste to throw it away. So now we have enough compote for the winter…

After 3 days eating (tasty) food in restaurants, it’s great to make it myself again.
Busy making a salad. Spinach, carrots and chickpeas. Added a nice dressing and nuts afterwards.
