Got some walnuts from a friend, so just a little playing before the eating 🙂
Roasted pistachio nuts with honey shot through a leaf of gelatin. Now it’s a 4 hour wait until the dessert is ready.

Puff pastry, old (dutch) cheese mixed with curry powder, a touch of egg yolk and a cashew nut, just before it’s going into the oven.
