Nut pie baked by my wife
A micro view on the inside
Got some walnuts from a friend, so just a little playing before the eating 🙂
Roasted pistachio nuts with honey shot through a leaf of gelatin. Now it’s a 4 hour wait until the dessert is ready.
It’s nice to have a friend with a walnut tree. The nuts needs to dry for a while, but I already can smell the walnut muffins, walnut pie, walnut…
A very late evening photo. Fat, salty and delicious.
Ready for cracking
Made a (very nice) dessert for today: stewed pears mousse.
Puff pastry, old (dutch) cheese mixed with curry powder, a touch of egg yolk and a cashew nut, just before it’s going into the oven.
A nut and a nice salted snack
A quick improvisation in the late evening.
Detail of a coconut
Experiment with some other colors.
