Another view on a tulip
Spring is slowly coming, picked this one in my garden.

Trying out my extension tube with my standard lens. Have to get really close to it to get some focus, but it’s a nice experiment.
Still find it difficult to get a good point of focus with such very closeups.
My first attempt to use an extension tube (25mm). 60mm lens, small daffodil, photo is uncropped.

After a heavy shower…
Found this little guy on my garden table this morning. He was still there, sleeping in his house, when I came back home this afternoon. I’m not a snail expert, so he could be a she.
A lot of beauty of my “May 10″ flowers is already gone, but I still like the colors.
Pruned (a part of) my hedge today, so not much time and energy for photography. Here’s a detail which is not pruned. Not sure, but my guess is this is the starting blossom of a blackthorn.
