Lots of paperwork at the embassy today, but we have some valid travel documents now. Still had some time to see something of Dublin.
A day with rain until we arrived in Dublin π
Last nature walk in Ireland. Going to Dublin tomorrow.
View from Knocknarea Hill, which has a cairn on top and also a cloud today.
North coast of county Mayo on a grey day.
Too many images to choose from today. Walked to the top of Diamond Hill (445m) in Connemara National Park. Windy, long climb, but what a view!
Strawberry-cream muffin from the bakery on a rainy day.
A coastal view
On our way to Connemara, west coast of Ireland.
Dinner with live music and dance. 1th half of Italy – Ireland in the pub afterwards.
Skellig Islands. First time I’ve seen gannets (very impressive) and puffins (very cute) in the wild.
…on our way to the southwest of Ireland.
No weather for outside activity, so a visit to the Dunbrody (emigrant ship) and the Ros tapestry in New Ross
A great place to visit, even in the rain (although I prefer some sun)
Busy day today with lot of phone calls. We lost our passports, laptops, lots of other stuff and my camera due to a burglary last night. So just cell phone photos and no DPC entries from now on :(. But the weather was good and we made a short walk near this nice river.
