Feb 23 – Reflection

A natural triptych. Reflection in three metal plates (don’t know what it is, art?), heavily corrected for perspective. Didn’t want to see myself today

Feb 22 – Two sisters

Two cats fascinated by an electric train.

Feb 21 – Knitting

I’m not really a people photographer yet, but I needed some photos for school. It has to do something with clothes, 2 photos outside, 1 inside with just 1 model, in this case my wife. Thank you, Ans!

Feb 20 – Amsterdam

Not really the classic view of Amsterdam, just some “a short walk after lunchtime” photos

Feb 19 – Cats in blue

A quick improvisation for today (came home very late). Used the well known action again.

Feb 18 – Jelly beans

Jelly beans on two colored pieces of paper.

Feb 17 – Tea or coffee?

One photo. Took some wood from the bottom to make a frame.

Feb 15 – Chocolate in red

Seeing this action in the diptych side challenge in action, I just wanted to try it myself. Made a small adjustment to set the frame color.

Feb 14 – Peppers

Needed 3 colored peppers for dinner. Made so many editing steps, don’t think I can ever reproduce this again.

Feb 13 – Ducks

A rainy lunch walk. The ducks above and below are the same.

Feb 12 – Candles

We had some snow this morning, made some photos but the results were not good, so I had to find something else for today. Two candles.

Feb 11 – Mirror fruit

Made a photo of fruit in moonlight and played a little with it.

Feb 10 – Going down

Playing with my flash (practice how to use the second curtain). One photo, just added the red lines.

Feb 09 – Chocolate

Not really happy with the quality (of the photo), but that’s the problem when you want to make a photo-a-day and it’s getting late. Note: when filling in my camera settings I discovered why I had a problem with the light (completely forgot to adjust the ISO settings). Another lesson learned

Feb 08 – On the beach

A nice, but cold hour on the beach.

Feb 07 – Salty Cheese sticks

Not much time for photography today, so just a quick snack.

Feb 06 – Door

Lunchtime photo and kind of natural diptych. Liked the color of the door. Had to make the photo through a fence (building was under construction). Removed the fence pieces.

Feb 05 – Cats

Two fridge magnets. Came home late without any photo. Just one photo, although the heads are some older photos of my cats. Made the lines of some selections.

Feb 04 – Strawberry

Just trying something different. Not sure if an oval falls within the diptych category. Have to wait some hours for my food-a-week photo, I’m sure you can guess one of the ingredients.

Feb 03 – Cracking a nut

Experiment with some other colors.

School day today. Here’s my bike parked in front of the school. Just a quick snapshot during lunchtime.

It was just too cold to stay long outside, so I picked one for a closeup.
