Not much time today, so just an action shot while making dinner.
Some wooden figures.
A kind of Parmezan cheese I used today (and I do need a better looking plate)
My guess is that you’re going to see this flower later this month again.
Made a few photos in the city during lunchtime. Couldn’t resist playing with my lens again.
Still in St. Nicolas mood. There’s a famous song “Zie de maan schijnt door de bomen…” (See the moon shines through the trees) and in combination with a night without rain, (first time this week, I think) I couldn’t resist making this.
St. Nicolas eve tonight. Time for sweets and presents, traditionally delivered in a bag.
The name of the ship (perhaps not so readable, but it is “high glow”) fitted well with the sky.
Some sweets after a long day.
Smoked mackerel. Needed one for my Food-a-Week photo.
A quick snapshot of the ING House
A train almost ready for departure.
It’s almost St. Nicolas eve, a kind of Christmas eve, with lots of presents. But before that, a lot of sweets.
Not really the time of the year, but they were available at the market.
An old gas plant from the 19th century. Now a center of art.
Was busy with another photo, but then she came to visit me.
A quick improvisation in the late evening.
A little playing with my lens and light. Added the stick to get more depth in it.
Amsterdam this afternoon.
A very nice and unexpected present.
Just a wonderful day today. I was invited to make photos of a walk today. It started with rain, but the sun came!!!!! Don’t know how it is with a LB, but a TS-E lens isn’t very practical when making photos of a walk (and walking yourself). But I just had to try it (not the whole walk).
On a rainy day.
I like the colors.
A little cheating for today. Made this photo 3 minutes after midnight.
A snack for the late evening.
Playing with an egg tonight.
Another view of my food-a-week photo this week
Kraaien JA2 – Rood Wit JA6: 4-1
With a somewhat rotated lens.
Definitely needed some vitamins today (kind of flu, I think). Not sure what happened to the shapes on the paper, since they’re all in one line.
Another attempt to get the miniature effect
