Always a very nice flower, especially when it’s late in the evening and you want to make a Photo-a-day
Same flower as a week ago. An endless play with levels and saturation, since the flower was so red that I seems to lose all details.

They’re doing so well when not getting any attention. As my dad always said, it’s weed! And he was a gardener.

My daughter Karen got this wonderful bouquet from some teachers of her old school for getting her exams. Going to university next season.
I liked the combination of red an green here during a short walk after the rain.
Main problem with a photo a day is that you don’t have always the time for it. Today was such a day, so here’s just a peony in my garden with as background a raspberry plant. The hidden spider is just a nice addition.
